This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fourth grade students are curious, energetic, and full of big ideas! They love working in small groups, participating in class discussions, and taking ownership of their learning. But right now, we’re limited by a lack of proper seating. We just don’t have enough reliable chairs for students to move around comfortably and work where they learn best. That’s why I’m requesting 12 Amazon Basics Folding Plastic Chairs.

My goal is to create a classroom that supports movement, collaboration, and comfort because when students feel comfortable, they stay focused and engaged.

These chairs are sturdy, easy to move, and perfect for flexible seating. Whether we’re gathering for a group project, working with partners, or forming reading circles, having extra chairs will give my students the freedom to choose where and how they learn. These chairs will help us build that environment.

What makes my students special is their heart; they look out for one another, share without being asked, and cheer each other on through every challenge. They deserve a learning space that reflects their hard work and determination. Thank you for helping us build a better, more flexible classroom together!
