My Project

My classroom/school was recently renovated. All carpet was taken out and hard tile flooring replaced the carpet. This carpet would impact my classroom by making it more safe and comfortable.

Comfortable seating is important for young children to reduce discomfort and fatigue during long periods of sitting time.

This carpet will allow students to sit within their own square. The students will have plenty of space to sit comfortable without being squished. It will also make my classroom more safe. The current hard tile, is a safety hazard. Some of my Kindergarten students have fallen and hit the hard floor causing minor injuries.
