This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I hope to have a classroom where my students feel comfortable and safe. I want to build a flexible and cozy classroom. Together, we can help my students succeed.
With these items, I will be able to create a cozy and welcoming environment.
In our classroom library space students will use their portable lap desks and bean bag chairs to work in their reading groups or when they decompress with a good book and let their minds wander.
Not only will these items benefit the classroom library and reading groups but they will also provide flexible seating options throughout the day. Students love going to the rug to complete independent work and these will give them a comfortable space.
