As a new teacher at my high school, I have been working hard on creating a classroom that is warm & welcoming for my students. I want to provide my students with a space that feels safe, cozy, and inspiring.
Having comfortable seating spaces, a plethora of available books to read, and other supplies that allow for group work and discussions will go a long way in building a space that inspires students to work together and further their learning.
Building a classroom community that is both physically and emotionally supportive is the goal!
