My Project

Students learn best when they are in an environment that they enjoy being in. Having comfortable lighting and an aesthetically pleasing space will contribute to their motivation and willingness to be fully present in their learning.

In ELA class, students are expected to read independently, as well as write independently for extended periods of time.

Being able to create an ambiance that students enjoy helps them to not only stay on task, but to also give their best. Students consistently comment on how they feel in a space, and these items will help me create an environment that they will enjoy.
