This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are dynamic, energetic learners with diverse needs and learning styles. I love their enthusiasm and creativity, but I've noticed that traditional seating often limits their ability to focus and engage fully.

Our students need flexible seating to move, focus, and thrive—creating a classroom where every learner feels comfortable, engaged, and ready to succeed.

Flexible seating options like wobble stools, floor cushions, and standing desks will allow students to choose positions that help them concentrate best. This freedom of movement can reduce fidgeting, increase blood flow, and improve attention spans.

I love how adaptable and resilient our students are. Flexible seating will tap into their natural inclination to learn in ways that suit them best. It will empower them to take ownership of their learning environment, fostering independence and self-awareness. For our kinesthetic learners, it will be a game-changer, allowing them to channel their energy productively.

By supporting this project, you're not just providing furniture—you're creating an environment where every student can find their comfort zone for learning, leading to increased engagement, collaboration, and academic success.
