Comfort Matters

Help me give my students the comfort they need and deserve to learn! We need a wobble chair and a saucer chair.

My Project

Can you imagine sitting at a desk to enjoy your favorite book? Wouldn't you rather sit in a comfortable chair? Now imagine children having to sit at desks to read. We want them to enjoy reading but it's not easy.

Research suggests that flexible seating improves community and communication.

It also improves and sharpens their higher-order thinking skills. By donating to my project you will be giving students some choices in seating. For example, kids will be able to sit in a chair, lay on the rug, or even wiggle while they read. They will be able to choose a book and really get into it!

This project is for a wobble chair, a saucer chair, and a round rug.
