My Project

Students in my classroom are all students with learning differences. These differences include Specific Learning Disabilities, ADD/ADHD, OHI and ED.

I teach two classes daily for 80 minutes each class.

What I notice is that during classes my students are restless and seem not to be comfortable in the chairs that are in the classroom and are unable to focus.

Many of my students especially the boys stand or kneel are a prolonged time of sitting in the same chair for too long.

I really do believe that flexible seating options (standing desk and adjustable stool) will be a great solution for students who are dire need of way to be focused and productive in the classroom.
