Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

School can be a place of fun and good times for many students but it can also be a place where children can experience moments of distress due to different situations that can occur during a school day. All of the items in the cart, like the weighted plush husky and the hugging animals will help me provide calming items to my students during moments that they need them. The sensory items in the cart such as the liquid squishy and the puzzles which will provide a different type of calming environment for other children.
