My Students

I have the honor of working with and educating some dynamic 6th-8th grade students. My students are very energetic and enjoy learning especially through engaging and interactive activities. My students are some strong and inspiring individuals that strive for continued excellence despite their economic hardships that many of them fight through daily. Their strength and aspiration to master content are evident through their classroom engagement and limitless effort to work hard in class. My students are champions, and I am so proud and honored to be their teacher.

My Project

A new cozy rug and inspirational wall art will make a difference in my students learning. Students needs a place of comfort filled with inspiration where they can go that is quiet and comfortable enough for them to produce profound work and engage in quiet reading comprehension assignments.

The comfy new rug will be used for group work, giving students the opportunity to work on group projects, study together, and complete classroom assignments while sitting in a group setting on the new comfy rug.

Finally, students who sometimes have a difficult time completing assignments or lack the self confidence to complete their assignments at full potential, will be surrounded by the motivational/inspiring wall art within the independent work center.
