This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students currently have a classroom library. I want my students to be comfortable in the classroom because this is the place for them to read, learn and explore. With the rug, I would place it in the classroom library so that my students are able to use flexible seating in the area.

My students will be using the rolling carts for their workbooks that they currently use everyday.

Every student will be assigned a drawer and they would place their projects in one and the other would be their everyday workbooks.

Birthdays are huge in kindergarten! I want to make their birthdays extra special by giving them crowns to wear for the day and a pencil to take home.
