My Students

My third grade students come from lower class homes. Our school is a Title I school which includes free breakfast and lunch for every student that attends.

Despite being less fortunate, my students show up to school daily and are ready to learn.

They inspire me to be a better teacher and to provide them with everything that is needed to be successful.

My students are always grateful for what is being given to them and they enjoy hands-on projects. My students love being in our classroom, and we have created a community that works together!

My Project

I believe that in order for my students to learn and grow, they need to be comfortable in their environment. I like to provide them a calm and relaxed classroom that helps towards this goal of comfort.

These throw pillows and chairs will be a key items in my classroom that will provide students the ability to sit anywhere.

They will be able to focus when they choose their own location of learning. Currently, we only have two rugs in our room that students can sit on for comfort. These products will give my students options when it comes to choosing a place in the room.
