Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students a classroom that feels like home. Every child deserves to walk into a space where they feel safe, comfortable, and inspired to learn. The rug will give us a gathering spot where we can come together for lessons, stories, and discussions as one community. The pillowcases will bring an extra touch of warmth, helping to make our reading corner and learning areas feel cozy and inviting.
Supplies like tape and hanging tools will allow us to showcase student work, display anchor charts, and create walls that celebrate their voices and ideas.
Each item in this project may seem small on its own, but together they will transform our classroom into a place where my students can focus, collaborate, and take pride in their environment.
