Comfort Buddies!

Help me give my students incentives to make them smile during these troubling times. We are embarking on a new journey as we return to in-person learning and sometimes changes can be scary.

My Students

If you were to look up the definition of multicultural, you will see a picture of my classroom. My classroom is filled with a multitude of children from different countries, races, and nationalities, and it is my duty to teach them. I am honored to teach 24 inquisitive first graders who inspire me to share my love of learning with them.

My class is very unique due to the fact a lot of my students are refugees and nationals of other countries and English is not their primary language.

My Project

We are returning to in-person learning and this change can be scary. The animal-shaped erasers that I am requesting will be used to provide my students both with support as well as an incentive. They will work to earn items for their newly found friends as they look forward to coming to school every day during these troubling times.
