My Project
What I love most about my young learners is their curiosity, resilience, and joy for discovery. Every day, they show up with open hearts and eager minds, ready to explore, ask questions, and try again, even when things are challenging.
They find wonder in the smallest details and creativity in places most adults would overlook.
Their kindness, laughter, and ability to grow through play and problem-solving inspire me to be a better teacher.
They remind me that learning is a journey, and it’s a gift to walk beside them as they begin to discover who they are and all they’re capable of.
I'm requesting a spinning chair for children who are sensory seekers. Spinning can be soothing and help children self-regulate when they’re feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. It can offer a calming effect or help “reset” their nervous system.
Portable lap desks are a game changer in flexible learning environments, especially for young learners or neurodiverse students. Some students, especially those with ADHD or autism, need movement and choice in their environment. Being able to work on the floor or away from busy areas with a lap desk can help them regulate their sensory input and stay calm.
As an educator, my goals are rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to learn.
