My Project
Third, fourth, and fifth grade teachers at my Title I school incentivize and motivate students to memorize multiplication facts each year. Nearly 80% of my students successfully memorize the facts by the end of our 180 days, but by fall, many regress to square one.
The Multiplication 12X12 Popper can provide multiplication practice and stress reduction all summer long.
In addition to digital apps, on-line games, and paper flash cards, this is a tactile, soothing popper. We found one more way to scaffold more students that doesn't require a parent's cell phone or a tablet. The Multiplication 12X12 Popper can provide practice and stress reduction at the same time.
More than half of students from low‑income households
