This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 5th grade students are little artists, and get excited with every chance that arises that involves art. From directed drawings to detailed art projects that take a few sessions, art is a great way to keep my kids engaged.
With these art supplies, my students will be able to represent themselves, and the world around them in their art.
With your help, my students can use these wonderful "colors of the world" to express themselves- they can allow my students to see themselves in the art that they create, they can allow my students to show the diversity of our world in their own art, through their own eyes.
