My students are creative, fun and full of questions. We are constantly growing and trying to meet all of the children's needs.
While being a Title I school may make some people see them as the left-behind kids, we can prove you wrong.
Our students are growing and even though some believe odds are against them with their economic status, as teachers at our school, we are proving to the world that our students will be the change in the world.
At the school we all share a printer. The printer is only in black and white. I purchased a printer with an eco tank that changed everything. I rarely have to change the ink on my printer. I thought to myself, "This would make a world of difference for my team teachers if we could print in color."
A lot of the stories, problems, and history our children read about, they have never seen before, so in black and white it is hard to relate.
The students would be able to see everything in color. We could start printing their papers in color and not replacing our ink or toner every few months. The ink can last 6 months.
