This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

State Testing and Advance Placement testing is starting soon. It is a stressful time for students. Having coloring books and pens available encourages students to relax and chat with friends while coloring.

The library is a busy place during breaks.

Students like to come in here and decompress. Testing time is very tough on students. Coloring is very calming for some. Lots of students enjoying coming to the library to do art.

I had a project for coloring books funded last year. It ws the first time I had coloring books in the library and I was amazed at how popular they were. Thank you for any help you can give in funding this project.
