My Project

My students are imaginative, curious, and full of creative energy. They come to school each day with wide eyes and open hearts, ready to explore new ideas and express what they’re learning in bold, colorful ways. I love how they find joy in even the smallest projects and how their creativity brings life to our classroom.

To support their learning and self-expression, I’m requesting construction paper, markers, and crayons.

These simple materials will have a big impact in our classroom.

With construction paper, my students will be able to create hands-on projects across subjects—from making story maps in reading to crafting math models and science diagrams. It provides a sturdy, colorful base for their imaginations to come to life.

Markers give students the tools to highlight, organize, and present their ideas in vibrant ways. Whether labeling diagrams, creating posters, or writing captions for classroom displays, markers help their thinking stand out and build pride in their work.

Crayons are essential for our youngest learners to illustrate their thoughts, show understanding through drawing, and develop fine motor skills. They love choosing just the right color to express themselves, and it's amazing to see how their drawings deepen their engagement with learning.

Your support will help my students turn ideas into art, stories into visuals, and learning into something they can see, touch, and share with others. These supplies will not only brighten our classroom—they’ll help every child feel like their voice and vision matter.
