Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach a group of 28 darling first graders! Their love for learning and their determination in school brings me joy daily and makes my job in educating them such an honor. No matter what day it is, these kids come to our classroom with excitement and drive to expand their knowledge. The growth that they make daily is amazing. These kids come from all walks of life and cultures. Each of these children brings something remarkable and fresh to our learning community.
My Project
Please help provide color and black printer ink so that students can enjoy beautiful and colorful awards. This ink would allow me to print colorful certificates and classroom decoration for the students. Ink gets very expensive so most of the rewards and decor that the students receive are in black and white. Colorful certificates are more pleasing to the eye and encourage children to continue to work hard. When a child sees a colorful certificate they can see that someone cared enough to make their award special and first graders love awards!
