My Students
Getting back into the groove of being in school during a pandemic has been quite an experience for these first graders. They are adjusting, learning and growing with each passing day. As their lights shine bright and their imaginations run wild, my co teacher and I make the very best effort to make their learning experiences the very best and in the words of our class "FUN". Our class has learned to smile with their eyes (as we continue to practice safety, wearing our mask) and dance throughout the day when they are acknowledged for their hard work and great effort.
My Project
The items that I'm asking for will be used in class daily. The headphones will be paired with school laptops to complete iReady assessments and individual lessons and assignments. Headphones will cancel out distractions from other laptops and noises in the classroom. Crayons are an essential item to have in a first grade classroom. Scholars will use these crayons during class lessons, to complete assignments and to draw pictures when they can't express themselves with writing. These materials will be so appreciated and they will be utilized in school only.
