Colorful Science for 3rd Grade!

My Students

I work in a rural, Title I school in Northeast Texas filled with kiddos who are full of a love for learning. This will be my first year teaching, and the third grade will have around 50 students!

Our students have very diverse needs, learning styles, and levels of skill, but they are all creative, thoughtful, and ready to learn!

These kids come from a variety of backgrounds, but they always bring their best! I am so thrilled to have them in my Science and Social Studies class this year!

My Project

It can be hard to study models or diagrams that are color-coded when you can only print in black and white! Having access to a color printer will allow me to provide my students with visuals that support understanding.

Colored diagrams and manipulatives give students an accurate look at complex, abstract concepts in Science.
