Creating art with my artists.
The highlighters, crayons, and markers will give them multiple options to choose from to add to their creativity. The scissors will allow my students to shape their art.
As my students engage in math small group, they will create equivalent fractions by drawing and shading in parts of wholes. Then, my students will cut them out to compare which will assist them in understanding fractions. Upon completion, I will display their art in the classroom.
