My Project
My school has VERY limited options for printing and making copies. Having a color printer that is readily accessible and dedicated to providing mental health and counseling resources would be so helpful. My school serves students with Autism, speech/ language impairments, learning disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Our students benefit greatly from engaging visual supports. Additionally, all of the materials that are used in counseling sessions and to support their social and emotional development in the classroom are highly individualized to meet each of our student's unique needs.
Having daily access to a printer would be instrumental in our work with students and allow me to provide my students with the resources that are needed to support their continued growth and development.
