Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Thank you so much for coming across this site! As a first year teacher, these materials/resources will help my students be in a welcoming environment. I included items that my students will use like flexible seating, test dividers, and additional supplies. I would like my students to sit comfortably at the carpet as they learn. My ultimate goal is to make all students feel at home.
I also included read aloud books that I plan to display in my classroom library where students can find themselves in picture books and learn about other cultures and traditions.
With your help, I will be able to prepare my classroom for my first year students. It is much appreciated if this site can be shared with others.
