This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, motivated, and thoughtful learners! The majority are ENL students from low-income families who come into our classrooms every day with the eagerness to become feature leaders, scientists, artists, etc. Our school is a dual language in which they speak English and Spanish. The color for English is blue and the color for Spanish is red. To help facilitate language, students must see the language allocation red and blue to know the language being spoken in the classroom. Without visuals, my students will get confused.
My students need colored copies of materials for hands-on assignments to differentiate language allocation.
Each student in my classroom is unique and it is my responsibility as their teacher to find the best and most effective way to help them achieve their potential. Every donation makes a difference in my student's lives. I look forward to creating projects that will make our classroom a joyful learning environment.
