This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are curious, motivated and thoughtful learners! The majority are ENLs and special need students from low-income families who come into our classrooms every day with the eagerness of becoming feature leaders, scientists, artists, etc.
Distance learning is the new normal for a while, but it is very difficult for some of my students.
Some of my students need colored copies of materials for hands-on assignments.
Each student in my classroom is unique and it is my responsibility as their teacher to find the best and most effective way to help them achieve their potential even in this unprecedented time. Every donation makes a difference in my students' lives. I look forward to creating projects that will make our classroom a joyful learning environment during this difficult time.
My Project
We never imagined that our school would be closed due to a pandemic, but with your support we can make this time more pleasant for my students and their families.
I am currently adapting lessons for my students to do at home.
If we get this printer, I would be able to print colorful pictures.
Having a printer with colored ink allows for endless possibilities in our virtual classroom.
The printer will be used to print instructional materials, colorful boards, and reinforcement activities. The best part is that this printer can be used in my classroom once we come back to our school. Having a virtual classroom, a color printer will help my students be successful!
