My Project
I integrate daily lessons where students use coloring supplies to make great connections within the core subjects of mathematics, social studies, ELA, and science. I want all of my students to feel safe and at home when in my classroom.
Having easy access to art supplies is a great way to do this!
For example, students can use coloring supplies to color in ten frames when learning addition and subtraction within 10, create a colorful drawing to accompany their writing, or use colors to illustrate science projects they have witnessed.
