Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me maintain a colorful and engaging classroom. Please help support me in this adventure and first year teaching Grade 6! Every student deserves a bright learning opportunity.

Some of the supplies I have requested include: markers, gel pens, Sharpie markers, and laminating sheets.

These supplies will be used to make posters with letter/sounds and ways to maintain a calm body and self-regulation strategies. Students will be able to make classroom charts for new math mnemonics as well as tips for studying and staying accountable.

Anchor charts for students with learning disabilities such as social emotional learning, reading difficulties and slower processing than typical students will also be created.
