My Project
A large, colorful classroom rug is a vital part of a first grade classroom! This is where the students gather for our morning message to read what they will be learning each school day. This is a time when they gain a better understanding of crucial grammar skills as we decode the sentences together. The rug is also an important gathering place as the students learn math concepts during our calendar time. The classroom rug is a comfortable learning spot where crucial academic skills are taught throughout the school day!
