My Project
I am requesting funding for blue and green book bins to enhance our reading experience. These bins will allow students to easily access books that align with their language preferences—green for Spanish and blue for English—facilitating a more personalized and engaging reading journey.
By providing clearly labeled bins, students can select books that resonate with their language skills and interests, fostering a love for reading in both languages.
This accessibility encourages independent reading, boosts confidence, and supports literacy development, ensuring that each student can find joy and success in their reading choices.
My students come from diverse linguistic backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and cultural richness to our classroom. Their enthusiasm for learning and their commitment to becoming bilingual citizens make them truly exceptional.
