My students need an HP color ink printer, instant ink monthly subscription and supplies that will enhance their learning in differentiated literacy stations.
I teach 21 students from a wide range academically and socially, from all different types of backgrounds from non-English speaking students to fluency readers. They are eager learners who crave interaction with one another.
My students enjoy working cooperatively with each other to complete hands on literacy and math activities that are differentiated and individualized to meet their academic needs.
Cooperative learning is a major part of our day. Varying activities that meet each students needs and the opportunity to work together and interact socially benefits the whole child. I encourage my students to overcome daily challenges and strive to do their best.
My Project
My students will benefit tremendously with the addition of the colored printer, instant ink and supplies to create differentiated learning literacy and math workstations and small group activities. The colored printer will allow the students to work with bright and colorful pictures to use during literacy stations. My students enjoy seeing their work printed off in color to take home and share with their families.
The card stock and laminating sheets will ensure the activities and hands on materials I print using the colored printer will last for years to come and will benefit my current students as well as my future students.
As a teacher, I will be able to print my student's colorful certificates for achievements in our technology based learning programs. I will also be able to print differentiated leveled readers in color for my students to utilize in small group time when we work on reading comprehension strategies and fluency.
