This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students spend a big part of their day learning, sharing, and playing on the carpet. This is a place where we come together to learn, talk, share, play, and build community. However, the carpet in our room is old and needs to be replaced.
Every child deserves a clean and welcoming space within their classroom.
A new carpet will be loved, respected, and greatly appreciated by all my students. It will provide them with the clean and comfortable space they deserve. A space where they can sit, learn, and play.
