This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having a colored printer in my Dual Language second-grade classroom, will empower students and showcase their bilingual skills. They will be able to print their own writing projects to demonstrate their ability to communicate in both English and Spanish. Seeing their work displayed in color will surely motivate students and foster a sense of pride in their finished product. Furthermore, having a colored printer will allow me to provide visual aids that will help students develop proficiency in two languages.

Your support will not only, impact my current group of second graders but will have a lasting effect on future cohorts as well.
