Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our middle school students' work hard in physical education every day and it is our value to combine Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) with physical fitness whenever we can. At the end of March, our PE Department will be hosting a school-wide Color Run event that integrates PBIS with physical education. Your donations will ensure that every student gets a lot of powder on them after they do a fitness run.
Being able to throw color powder on each other makes fitness fun, creates a positive culture at our school, and helps to improve the overall morale of our PE students.
They have a fun event to look forward to and hopefully a memory to last a lifetime.
