This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This printer in this project will allow students to create visual materials that can be saved in portfolios in the future. These portfolios can include materials such as study aids, personalized graphic organizers, charts, tables, and other learning tools. These tools have proven to be the most successful in teaching subjects such as math and science inside the classroom.
In addition, these materials can be helpful in creating more meaningful science projects and labs that can be scaffolded based on the needs of my students.
By using models and other materials, students can build open their prior levels of understanding and can also learn to create and design their own materials.
