Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students and I embark on different literary projects all year. Some of them include writing traditional essays, reciting poetry, or even making a group podcast. One of the most popular projects I have recently added is making zines! The students love that they have the freedom to explore their interests while practicing their art and writing skills.
This color printer is the missing piece to this literary adventure because we currently don't have easy access to print in color.
The printer would be housed in the classroom and available for the students to use to print pictures of letters for their zines.
