Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students create projects all year, and the main complaint is that we cannot print in color from the classroom. If I send it out, it takes days, or we have a limit. If I print at home, that cost is astronomical on my personal budget. I want my students' efforts to be rewarded, to see their work in full living color. Working with students who are accelerated but in a Title I environment, I have to be super creative and willing to push them to reach higher. I do not want them to get complacent and do the minimum. With color printing, they are excited to get it done and see the final product.
Getting this type of printer will be an investment, so I am also asking for a set of refill ink to be included.
Students will be allowed to print in color on the 4 major projects and I want to make sure this investment will last the entire year.
