This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are beginning their State Report Projects as we are wrapping up our year long study of United States History. Their project will be largely done in the classroom as many of my students don't have the resources to complete their project at home.

Teachers don't have access to a color printer at school.

This project provides a color printer to be used in my classroom to enhance student projects this year and in the future.

Students are decorated trifold boards with information about their state. The main section of the board consists of student created and colored information. However, the remaining sections will be used to highlight famous people born in their state, state seals, and other information which will be printed in color. Students will also be able to print out creative writing assignments in color.
