This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are excited learners ready to push themselves to learn new things every day. I am currently a math/science teacher in Houston, Texas. My students have expressed an interest in learning to code and program to create math/science games.
Each year my students create math board games to reflect their learning in the class.
My students now want to use technology to create math/science games online for themselves and future 3rd grade students. Let's make learning fun through technology.
My Project
My students will be creating math and science projects this year, and they would like to be able to print their working in our classroom. They are researching and finding information and pictures to utilize in their various projects. As my students complete their work, they will need to be able to print their work.
My classroom is full of eager learners ready to explore more about math and science.
I am creating a project based learning environment so that my students can learn and explore their interests in math and science. We need a printer. Not all of my students have access to printers at home, so this is a true need for our classrooms.
