This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am a 2nd-grade teacher in a high needs, low income, Title I school. Our school is 70% ELL and 100% free lunch/breakfast for all students.
My students are amazingly enthusiastic primary English Language Learners determined to learn and succeed.
These little learners are interactive and love to have fun while learning. They like to experiment and imagine things beyond what we can see. Enriching their little minds with wonderful adventures is my dedication. With their enthusiasm, I'm optimistic that they'll succeed in creating life-long learning.
My Project
The pandemic has caused a lot of changes, especially in student learning. But despite these challenges, learning cannot stop. Therefore, the need to keep the classroom extra clean is essential in providing a conducive learning environment that's worry-free and engaging.
With these classroom essentials with a touch of rainbow, my students will love spending their time in the classroom reading books and learning.
Having the need for motivation in the classroom, I believe my students will be able to spark that excitement in them knowing that our classroom is a home and a place they will look forward to be in. My students will be very excited to see new classroom supplies that will surely make them more interested in learning.
