Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to be creative and use different materials. When they have beautiful colors and can use play doh and sidewalk chalk they are learning and having fun. We use these at recess but also to make learning centers hands-on. These materials help them stay focused and be more engaged in their learning.

They are very appreciative of any new materials we get as many of them cannot bring these from home and do not get to use such a wide variety at home.

I also teach them responsibility in taking care of the materials so we can keep our nice donations for a long time.
