This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am the General Education Teacher in an Integrated Co-Teaching Classroom. Many of my students have special needs. Every day I have to print differentiated activities for my students. I need to be able to differentiate on the spot. I also would love to send home differentiated homework home with the students.
Some of my students are non verbal and I have to modify my lessons so that they can participate in a meaningful way.
I also have students that are learning English. I would use the printer to create prompts, vocabulary words and picture charts. Having a color printer would help me print and make picture cards for the students to use to communicate with the teachers and the class.
