My Project

My second graders are full of imagination, energy, and curiosity. They love to express themselves through art, and it's one of the most powerful ways they build confidence, communicate ideas, and connect with one another. They take pride in their work and love to display it throughout the school. Giving them quality supplies shows them their work matters—and that they matter.

We would love art materials to bring our creative visions to life and turn second-grade dreams into dazzling works of art.

With your support, we can stock our classroom with essential art supplies that will allow my students to paint, draw, craft, and create freely. These resources will support cross-curricular learning—illustrating stories in writing, building models in science, and exploring cultural traditions through art. Your donation will help us create a vibrant and engaging classroom where every child can feel like an artist. With your support, we’re hoping to receive markers, paint, paper, glitter glue, playdough and much more!

Art helps students develop fine motor skills, focus, emotional regulation, and a sense of accomplishment. It also fosters a growth mindset as they take creative risks and see the results of their hard work.

Your donation will help us create meaningful art experiences that support learning across all subjects. Most of all, you’ll be helping second graders feel seen, inspired, and proud of what they create.
