This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are imaginative, thoughtful, and full of creative energy. They light up when given opportunities to express themselves through art, and they take great pride in the work they create. Art gives them a voice, a space to explore ideas, and a way to build confidence in their abilities.
With a new set of vibrant markers, our students will be able to bring their ideas to life in a bold and colorful way.
These markers will support lessons across the curriculum, from illustrating stories in language arts to designing posters for science and history. They’ll also be a key resource during art-focused projects, where students can explore color blending, shading, and detail work.
Having access to quality materials helps our students take ownership of their work and feel like true artists. These markers will give them the tools they need to shine.
