I work at an AMAZING Elementary school in Grand Prairie. My school is one of the smaller elementary schools in GP where many of my students come from the surrounding neighborhoods. My students are full of energy, loving, vibrant little human beings.
I have the privilege of teaching all 489 students (k-5th grade).
I have the exciting job of teaching our students how important it is to have an active healthy lifestyle. All of my students come into my gym everyday excited and eager to see which activity we will conquer that day. They always have positive attitudes and awesome sportsmanship.
My Project
The donations of this project will help all my students be able to participate in the Color Me Crazy Fun Run. This run will help teach them the importance of walking/running to stay healthy and in shape while also having fun at the same time. The color run will be held at our school where a walking/running path will be set up for all students to follow. Each student will have their own packet of color powder and will have the opportunity to throw their powder color in the air so everyone can get color blasted by all the different powered colors.
