it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Hi! My name is Ms. Brunetti and I am beginning my 9th year of teaching in the Bronx. I teach in a Title I school and my first grade students have a variety of different needs. I love teaching firsties because they have so much love and life to give, their colorful spirits are what keep me motivated!
My Project
I teach first grade in the Bronx. This year will look a little different with the new Blended Learning model. All of my students deserve the best education I can provide especially now in these trying times.
These children are beginning the new school year with stress and anxiety and I want to make their experience here as warm and colorful as I can!
I have a lot of students who are just learning to speak English (English Language Learners aka ELLs) and they benefit from picture aids. I know that a colored printer would help me enhance my lessons and help these little cuties build a strong foundation in English!
