Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are so special! Many students in my class experience barriers to learning- including trauma, homeless, and poverty. When they walk into my classroom they are smiling, eager to learn, and feel loved in the community we have created!
My Project
A color printer and ink will help create classroom resources that I have made come to life! As a first year teacher I have began creating anchor charts, visuals, and a focus wall in my classroom. Being able to print items in color will help the students retain information and reference it throughout the year. The materials I am creating can be used for many years to come! My goal is to create lasting educational tools for students, especially English Language Learners, that allow them to thrive in the classroom!
