Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These Specific items will make a huge difference in my classroom because it will help support active learning. Colors in the classroom environment have been proven to maximize information retention, stimulate participation, and boost active learning. Research in environmental psychology shows that specific colors can influence mood, attention, and cognitive performance.
My goal for this project is to use color chairs for each center to help with transitions during our group rotations.
My students are amazing little humans with special needs who love to learn. These color chairs will help with our daily transitions during Small groups.
